The 4500V/110A is the 41 mm steel Overseas self-winding, introduced in 2016 with the third generation of the Overseas.
It succeeds the 47040/B01A and keeps the hallmarks of the line: a bezel with notches that refer to the house's Maltese cross, an integrated bracelet with links shaped like half a Maltese cross, and a date at three o'clock. What was new was the system that lets you change bracelet and straps without tools.
Inside is the in-house calibre 5100, a self-winding movement with a power reserve of about 60 hours and a 22 ct gold rotor, visible through the display back. The movement bears the Hallmark of Geneva. The dial is available in blue, silver and black, among others.
On a pre-owned example we check that bracelet and straps are original and that the interchange system locks properly. We look for polishing marks on case and bezel, stretch in the bracelet and the condition of the folding clasp.
The set counts too: box, certificate and the additional straps make an example more complete. What a complete set includes is explained in our guide to box and papers.
