Sourcing, briefly explained

You tell us what you are looking for. We compare that with what becomes available through our network and assess every piece ourselves for authenticity, condition and price before we propose it to you.

We cannot promise to find it, and certainly not within a set time — that depends on what comes onto the market at that moment. What we do: let you know as soon as we see something suitable, and also when we think it is not going to work out for now.
